If you’re following me on twitter, you may have seen my recent tweet – or received a DM from me – about how twitter is becoming less femdom friendly, here was a tweet from yesterday:
I have it under good authority that the platform is cracking down on twitter accounts of pro dommes. Apparently they don’t want us on their platform any more and there have been shadow bannings.
Although things were not confirmed, a well-respected member of the community has said that the platform will not allow us on their platform into 2020.
Of course, even as this is being said in good faith, it all could be wrong, and I hope it is. However, I didn’t want to lose contact with my twitter followers, as there is a good community over there. Although I tried to encourage people to sign up for AVN Stars as the site is more pro domme friendly, there wasn’t much of a sign up rate.
So, I asked people for their emails to add to my email list – where of course I wouldn’t SPAM them and would respect their privacy – but this question was a little out of the blue for a lot of people, hence why I am posting here to give some background.
If you would like to keep in touch via email, you can sign up for my email list on the blog. Otherwise, keeping up with what’s on the blog might be a good way for you to keep in touch with me, however, it’s a one-way communication unless you’re big on comments (which I don’t mind, actually that wouldn’t be too bad!).
*le sigh * it’s all a little difficult right now. I love twitter and hope all of this is wrong, but only time will tell.
Right now though, I have to get back into my work to make sure everything is finished before the holiday.
